Philipstown Advocates for Trails

We (PAT) promotes the construction, upkeep and access of multi use trails and paths for community residents, both for their recreation and as a means of them getting around the neighborhood.

LATEST: On January 20, 2026, NYS Office of Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation Released State Environmental Quality Review Findings Statement for Hudson Highlands Fjord Trail. This effectively green lights the project. Read more here.
