We (PAT) promotes the construction, upkeep and access of multi use trails and paths for community residents, both for their recreation and as a means of them getting around the neighborhood.

LATEST: On April 8, 2026 the Board of the Village of Cold Spring decided to sue the State over the HHFT Final Generic Environmental Impact Assessment (DGEIS). We have serious reservations about this decision and urge you to sign this letter calling for a referendum.
